About

I believe every person has a right to be here, and something valuable to offer.

I believe diversity, in all its forms, is a source of wisdom and strength, not a problem to be managed.

And I believe connection sits at the heart of meaningful change. Connection to self, to others, and to something larger than ourselves.

These beliefs shape everything I do.

Why I coach

I’ve worked in the disability sector for 25+ years, including a decade at Scope, one of the UK’s leading disability charities, and four years chairing Access All Areas, a learning-disabled theatre company in London.

My work has taken me across sectors. Public, private, and charity. Always looking at how systems shape people’s experiences. Over many years, I started to see how powerful those systems were. I was looking for language to understand that, and for ways to work more deeply with people, not just manage projects.

That led me to coaching. I’ve deepened my approach with ongoing studies and by receiving coaching through big changes in my own life. I’m part of a global coaching supervision group.

I deliver disability confidence workshops and inclusion consultancy for national organisations, through Business Disability Forum and Freeney Williams. In Bristol, UK, where I’m based, I develop community spaces where people can connect, debate and influence power.

These aren’t a sideline. They come from the same beliefs that underpin my coaching. We’re all less broken, more connected and more abundant than the world sometimes lets us believe.

What guides my approach

I take my lead from nature. Change isn’t linear. Growth has seasons. And there is always more available than we can see when we’re just trying to get through.

I meet you where you are. Your worldview, your values, your pace.
