Work with me

The world of work is changing fast. Job cuts, AI, uncertainty about the future. And for many people, the broader environment feels increasingly challenging.

If you’ve spent years adapting to fit systems that weren’t designed for you, the pressure to shrink yourself, mask, and just hold on can be relentless.

And it’s not only what’s around you. Living with difference can be hard in its own right. It can shape how the world sees you, and how you see yourself. But that experience also gives you a depth of self-knowledge and strength that others may not have.

Coaching won’t fix what’s broken around you. But it can help you navigate it without losing who you are.

The coaching journey

I offer coaching journeys of six sessions over three to six months.

Each journey is held together by a clear intention that we shape and revisit as the work unfolds. The pace and direction evolve as your thinking deepens. This isn’t a fixed programme. It’s a living process that responds to where you are.

You might come to coaching because something specific is happening; a new role, a redundancy, a team that isn’t working, a promotion you’re not sure you want. Or it might be more of a nagging feeling that something needs to change, even if you can’t quite name what. You might have tried other approaches that didn’t quite fit.

I’m not the expert on your experience. You are. My role is to witness, to really listen, and to meet you in the context you’re currently in. I bring 25+ years working across disability, inclusion, and community development. But the expertise about your life belongs to you.

This is coaching, not therapy. The focus is forward: who you are, what you want, and what’s possible.

What people experience

People I’ve worked with describe greater clarity about what they want from work and calmer thinking in difficult situations. They also describe a kinder understanding of themselves, their motivations, strengths and limits.

“Suzi provides a coaching experience that creates the conditions for inner calm and ordered thought. She tapped into my creative way of thinking to help me express my thoughts in a way that really landed with me and engaged me. She has really helped me navigate my life and career during what has been a highly challenging time.” Anj, UK

“I found the coaching very useful. It gave me time to zoom out and think about different things together rather than being bogged down in the detail of projects. This helped me spot opportunities and solve problems. Suzi helped me draw out practical actions that would help and offered some accountability. The coaching helped me progress things more quickly and improve my working environment.” Grace, England

Investment

A coaching journey is £500 for six sessions over three to six months.

I believe good coaching should be accessible. I keep a small number of places at a reduced rate for people who would not otherwise be able to access coaching. If cost is a barrier, please say so when we talk. It won’t affect whether we work together.

How it starts

Every coaching experience begins with a free exploratory conversation, up to an hour. It’s a chance to talk about what’s going on for you, ask questions, and see whether there’s a fit. There’s no obligation. I work online, so location doesn’t need to be a barrier.

Our conversations are confidential. I’m accountable to the ICF code of ethics.

Disability confidence workshops and inclusion consultancy

Alongside my coaching, I deliver disability confidence workshops and inclusion consultancy for national organisations. I work through partners including Business Disability Forum and Freeney Williams.

This work supports systems change across public, private and third-sector organisations. If you’re an organisation or consultancy interested in working with me, I’d welcome a conversation.

Let's talk. An exploratory conversation is free and confidential. If coaching isn't the right fit, you'll come away with more clarity about what might help.
